The current Toronto locator lists a King Street store at 415 King Street West, in a former LCBO. Check that exact store page. The phone is 855-704-2669.
Seasonal stores move. Old social posts and last year's location map are weak directions. Check the current opening status and today's hours. On October 10, the King Street page shows the following Monday closed, Tuesday to Saturday 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Holiday and late-season hours can change. Do not treat that holiday-week Monday closure as a permanent schedule.
Pros: a named character or coordinated set is easier to search for. Cons: package photos can show accessories that cost extra, and a full licensed outfit can be more than this guide's small-component budget.

Carousel Costumes: a children's rental option with terms to settle first
751 Pape Avenue. 416-526-4860. Appointment required. The rental catalogue includes children's character outfits. The pictured Skye PAW Patrol costume starts at $19.99, and its page identifies size 4. That is a listed rental price, not proof that your date and size are available.
This is useful for a child who wants a fuller character outfit for one occasion. It is a weaker choice than borrowing for a very tight budget because the return trip and responsibility for the costume matter too.
The important snag is that the catalogue says five days, while the how-it-works page and formal rental terms say eight days. Appointment days also differ between pages. Get the actual pickup, return date, delivery arrangement and total in writing before booking.
The terms say no refunds or exchanges from October 1 to November 3. Normal cleaning is handled by the shop, but heavy soiling or odour can cost $25 per item. Late returns add a daily fee, and major damage or missing pieces can bring replacement charges. Don't cut, glue or wash the rental at home.
