A condo deep clean should deal with the dirt that a quick tidy misses. Think greasy cabinet fronts, dusty baseboards and soap buildup. But the words “deep clean” do not promise the same work at every Toronto company.
Our first quote would be Maid4Condos for a furnished condo with a clear job list. Its detailed rules make the limits easier to check. No More Chores is the best starting point for comparing a published package price. Good Karma is the budget alternative if you can supply equipment and set priorities.
The biggest deal-breaker is scope. A cleaner who wipes counters is not necessarily cleaning the oven, range hood, high shelves or grout. Skip any quote that will not say what happens to the jobs you actually care about.
Prices and policies below were checked on September 22, 2026. Our picks compare published services and terms. We have not tested these cleaners in a home.
Compare Toronto condo cleaning quotes

| Company | Useful published price or booking detail | Best reason to request a quote | Main catch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Maid4Condos | Quote depends on home and package | Condo-specific service rules | Some equipment and jobs depend on the package; no residential evenings or weekends in its FAQ |
| No More Chores | One-bedroom deep or move cleaning starts at $255 | Clear starting prices by home size | Extra bathrooms and home details change the bill |
| Good Karma Eco Cleaning | $35 per labour hour, three-hour minimum | Paying for a short priority list | You supply the listed equipment; $105 is a minimum, not a full deep-clean promise |
| Hellamaid | $59 per cleaner per hour, three-hour minimum, before HST | Comparing time-based and package quotes | Deep cleaning and appliance interiors add to the basic package |
| itsGLO Cleaning | Individual quote | A furnished deep clean or an empty move clean | These are different services; request the right one |
| Hire A Maid | Estimate based on home and service details | A more tailored assessment | A first clean and later maintenance do not have the same price |
| Master Maid | Published studio or one-bedroom deep-clean estimate around $248, with variation | Another small-condo comparison quote | An estimate is not a guaranteed total; moving appliances is your job |
A low starting price earns a call. It does not earn a booking until you have a written scope and total. Ask whether HST, parking, supplies and any minimum charge are already included.
Maid4Condos: our first call for a condo-specific quote

Maid4Condos explains its exclusions in unusual detail. That helps when your real problem is kitchen grease or a bathroom that has been missed for months. Read the current service FAQ before choosing a package.
Its limits matter. The FAQ excludes range hood fans, outdoor balconies, exterior windows and inaccessible fixtures. Staff do not move heavy furniture over 30 pounds. They also have a low step-stool limit. A high shelf is not automatically included.
Equipment depends on the booking. Do not assume a vacuum and toilet brush come with a normal clean. Moving packages have different inclusions. Ask specifically about appliance interiors and any equipment you do not own.
The good: clear rules give you something concrete to compare with your quote. The drawback: the residential FAQ says no evenings or weekends. That rules it out for some schedules.
Its re-clean promise has conditions and a short reporting window. Report a missed area within 24 hours and read the full terms. Choose it when the written package matches your condo. Skip it if your main job appears on the exclusions list.
No More Chores: the clearest starting-price comparison

The No More Chores price page lists deep or move-clean starting prices of $255 for one bedroom, $275 for two, $330 for three, $360 for four and $405 for five. An extra full bathroom adds $37.50 in the published table.
These are starting figures. A large one-bedroom unit and a compact one-bedroom unit can need very different work. Send the floor area and photos of heavy buildup rather than relying on the bedroom count alone.
The company describes a broader deep-clean checklist than a basic upkeep visit. Confirm exactly which appliance interiors, windows and baseboards your quote covers. Keep the final checklist with the confirmation email.
The good: a visible package price makes it easier to spot a quote that is far outside your budget. The drawback: a headline total still needs a home-specific check, including tax and extras.
Start here if you want a package benchmark before calling two other companies. Do not treat $255 as a guaranteed price for every one-bedroom condo.
Good Karma Eco Cleaning: the budget pick for a clear priority list

The business at torontoecocleaning.com lists $35 per hour with a three-hour minimum. That is $105 for three labour hours before any extra charge or tax that applies to your quote.
Labour hours are not the same as time on the clock. Two cleaners working for three hours supply six labour hours. At $35 each, that example is $210, not $105.
You provide equipment such as the vacuum, mop and bucket, toilet brush, paper towels and cloths. The cleaner brings cleaning products under the listed arrangement. Ask for appliance interiors in advance because they take extra time.
The good: this suits a small budget and a ranked list, such as “bathroom first, greasy kitchen second, floors last.” The drawback: an hourly visit can run out of time before everything is done.
Check the business identity carefully. A separate site, Toronto Tibetan Eco Cleaning, refers to a former Good Karma name. Do not assume that rates, phone numbers or old recommendations apply to both businesses. Use the exact site and contact details on your quote.
Hellamaid: useful when you want two ways to price the job

Hellamaid's Toronto page offers hourly and package pricing. Hourly work is $59 per cleaner per hour, with a three-hour minimum, before 13% HST. One cleaner for three hours is $177 before tax. Two cleaners for three hours cost twice that.
Its package example for a 500-to-700-square-foot, one-bedroom, one-bathroom home is $188 before HST. That is a standard-clean example. The page lists a $99 deep-clean addition. Inside the oven and fridge are separate $29 additions each.
Using those listed figures, that example with deep cleaning and both appliance interiors totals $345 before HST, or $389.85 with HST. This is a worked example, not a quote for your unit. Other choices can change it.
The good: you can see how extra work changes the total. The drawback: the advertised base is a poor guide to a full deep clean unless you add every needed task.
Ask for the completed package calculation. Do not book a basic clean and expect appliance interiors or difficult restoration work.
itsGLO Cleaning: make the furnished-or-empty choice first

itsGLO draws a useful line between a deep clean in a furnished home and a move clean in an unfurnished home. Choose the service that matches the actual state of your unit on cleaning day.
An empty condo gives a cleaner access to cabinet interiors and bare floors. A furnished condo may have boxes, full shelves and furniture in the way. Calling the first job a move clean does not make the second job equally easy.
The company says it brings its equipment and supplies. Ask for appliance interiors and any inside-cabinet work to be written into the quote. Routine cleaning is presented as a recurring service after a deep clean.
The good: the service split helps avoid an incorrect booking. The drawback: you need a specific quote to compare cost.
Choose it for a furnished reset or a properly empty move clean. If movers will still be unloading boxes, pick another time or explain that before booking.
Hire A Maid: best for a more tailored estimate

Hire A Maid's FAQ explains that cost depends on the cleaning plan, floor area, bathrooms, pets, buildup and extra services. The estimate process includes questions about your home.
This is useful for a condo that does not fit a basic bedroom-count form. A small unit with heavy kitchen grease can take more work than a larger, well-kept one.
The first deep clean and later maintenance visits have different costs. Compare the first appointment with another company's first appointment. Do not compare a recurring rate with a one-off rescue clean.
The good: more questions can produce a better-matched scope. The drawback: you cannot judge the total from a simple headline price.
The FAQ also describes a credit-card hold before service. Ask how the hold, final charge and cancellation terms apply to your booking. Choose this route when a short online form misses important details about your home.
Master Maid: another small-condo quote to compare

Master Maid's deep-clean page gives an approximate studio or one-bedroom figure around $248, with variation. Use it as a starting estimate, not a fixed offer.
The page says that you must move appliances if you want the space behind them cleaned. That is a key limit. Do not expect cleaners to pull out a heavy fridge without an agreed plan.
Ask whether your quote includes inside the oven, inside the fridge, dishes or laundry. “Kitchen cleaning” is too broad to answer those questions.
The good: it gives another useful price check for a small unit. The drawback: extra jobs and access still need to be settled.
Get a room-by-room scope. Choose it only when the final estimate explains the work you need, rather than relying on the approximate figure.
Twenty things to settle before booking a deep clean

- Name your three biggest problems. “The kitchen is greasy” is more useful than “Please do a good job.” Point out cabinet fronts, the backsplash and the stove separately.
- Give the real floor area. Bedrooms alone do not describe the work. Include a den, second bathroom or enclosed balcony if you expect it to be cleaned.
- Say whether the unit is furnished. A deep clean around furniture differs from an empty move clean. Tell the company about boxes and packed rooms.
- Ask about the oven interior. It is often an extra. Explain whether it has light crumbs or baked-on grease so the booked time fits the job.
- Ask about the fridge interior. Find out who empties food, removes shelves and puts things back. Do not assume the cleaner sorts expired food.
- Name the range hood and filter. Some companies exclude them. A wiped stove does not mean a cleaned hood fan.
- Ask for baseboards by name. Check whether the job is a light dust, a damp wipe or removal of heavy marks. Furniture can block access.
- Separate grout dirt from damaged grout. Cleaning is not regrouting or replacing stained caulk. Ask what result is realistic before paying for restoration-level hopes.
- Describe high shelves and fixtures. Give the height. A cleaner's ladder rule can leave them outside the service.
- Define window cleaning. Inside glass, tracks, screens, blinds and exterior glass are different jobs. Ask for each one you need.
- Check cabinet interiors. Decide who empties them. Full cupboards cannot be cleaned like empty move-out cupboards.
- List your equipment. Say if you have no vacuum, mop or toilet brush. Equipment included in one package may be extra in another.
- Discuss delicate surfaces. Tell the company about natural stone, unfinished wood, special coatings or a cooktop with care rules. Supply the manufacturer's instructions when you have them.
- Give pet details. Mention shedding, litter areas and a safe place for the animal during the visit. Pet waste and ordinary pet hair are not always treated the same way.
- Explain renovation dust honestly. A normal deep clean may exclude construction debris, paint removal or unsafe dust. Choose the service that matches the mess.
- Count labour hours. Ask how many people will attend and how long they expect to stay. Two people for two hours provide four labour hours.
- Set a spending limit for hourly work. Ask the team to contact you before adding time. Give a ranked list so the most useful work happens first.
- Sort building access. Tell concierge, arrange any required visitor entry and explain parking. Ask who pays if paid parking is needed.
- Get the cancellation and re-clean rules. Save the deadline and reporting method. A vague promise of satisfaction is less useful than a clear correction process.
- Ask for the final written total. Include tax, supplies, parking and every selected extra. Keep the quote so you can compare the finished work with what was agreed.
Here is a message you can copy:
I have a [size]-square-foot condo with [beds/baths]. It is [furnished/empty]. My priorities are [three jobs]. Please quote those jobs, list exclusions, explain equipment and give the total with tax and required fees. Please confirm the cancellation and missed-area policy.
What to do before the cleaner arrives
Put away private papers, money, medicine and fragile items. This gives the cleaner clear surfaces and keeps important things from being moved by mistake.
Clear enough space to reach the jobs you are paying for. Cleaning time spent sorting boxes is time taken from the bathroom or kitchen. If you need organizing help too, ask for it as a separate service.
Walk through the priorities at the start if you are home. Check the agreed areas at the end where possible. Take clear photos of any missed work and report it within the company's time limit.
A map is not needed to book a cleaner
These services come to your home. An office pin does not prove that your postal code is covered, and it is not a drop-in cleaning counter. Check coverage with the booking form before comparing travel distance to an office.
Hellamaid's BACK2SCHOOL code: accepted in a test, with limits
On September 22, 2026, Hellamaid advertised BACK2SCHOOL for 10% off. The public booking form accepted the code in our test and deducted 10% from its displayed service subtotal before tax. We did not make a booking.
This test used the form's default settings without a service address, so its displayed base price and tax were not a Toronto condo quote. We could not confirm an expiry, all eligibility limits or whether every extra qualifies. Enter your real service details at the official checkout and check the final discount, tax and any fees before paying. Confidence is high that the code was accepted in the test, but the final saving for your booking remains unconfirmed.
Other quotes you can check
Clean Papi, Prolific and Up to Clean are additional leads. As of September 22, 2026, we had not verified a comparable current deep-cleaning scope and total for each. Confidence is low until you receive an itemized quote. Ask the same 20 questions above before comparing them with the listed companies.
A neighbour's old price for an independent cleaner is not a current offer. Confirm labour hours, supplies, insurance, references and appliance interiors yourself.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a condo deep clean cost in Toronto?
Published examples in this guide start around $248 to $255 for some small-condo deep cleans, while hourly work has its own minimums. Scope, size, condition and extra tasks can move the total far above that. Get a written quote with tax and fees before booking.
Is $105 enough for a full deep clean?
Good Karma's listed $35 hourly rate and three-hour minimum make $105 a labour minimum. That does not promise a complete deep clean. Use a priority list and ask how much work fits within your budget.
Does deep cleaning include the oven and fridge?
Sometimes, but not always. Some packages include appliance interiors and others charge extra. Ask about each appliance by name and whether you must empty it first.
Will cleaners fix stained grout or mould?
Do not assume that they will. Cleaning, grout repair, caulk replacement and mould removal are different jobs. Describe the problem accurately and ask whether the company accepts it before booking.
Should I choose hourly or flat-rate cleaning?
Choose hourly work when you have a firm spending limit and a ranked list of tasks. Choose a flat package when the included work is clear and you want a defined scope. Both need rules for extra time, unusually heavy buildup and excluded jobs.
Is a move-out clean the same as a deep clean?
No. A move clean usually assumes an empty home and may include inside empty storage areas. A furnished deep clean works around your belongings. Ask which service matches your unit on the actual day.
Should I leave a tip?
A tip is your choice unless the booking clearly states a required charge. Do not confuse an optional tip with tax or a service fee. Build your budget from the written total first.
What if the cleaner misses an agreed job?
Contact the company promptly, explain the missed item and send clear photos. Refer to the written scope and its re-clean deadline. Do not wait several days if the policy gives you only 24 hours to report a problem.
Book the company that agrees to your actual job list. A cheaper visit that leaves your main problem untouched is poor value.
